Patient is scared of the demons getting him, and so will not stay in his room at night for fear of it. Admitted to wandering around and hiding from staff during sleeping hours. Request for extra surveillance after hours, and that his therapist talks to him about the drugs he's being prescribed ASAP please.

Dr. Kayoto Saito

Conducted a session concerning his fear of demons in his own room. Patient is being given a sort of demon warding pendant in order to give him some piece of mind when sleeping in his room. Patient is also being given a panic button to contact Dr. Kayoto Saito when necessary.

Patient is also being prescribed medication for seizures, to be taken when handed out to him.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

I was approached by Dr. Saito regarding what medications the patient is currently taking. At her request I wrote a prescription for anti-seizure medications to control the patient's epilepsy.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient called for a session initially concerned about sexually harassment from a patient he referred to as "Quinn," but later revealed that he was confused about sex in general and wanted to have it explained. Sessions mostly focused on premises and actions revolving sex as well as recommendations as to what to do if he is sexually harassed in the future.

Patient seemed interested in exploring this concept more and is being supplied with some pornography to help him determine his sexuality as well as allow him to explore these ideas that have been alien to him for years.

Patient has also request he be allowed into privileged areas and because of his clean record has been granted.

Patient has also request he start to be supplemented with some sort of education, to be looked into for future sessions.

Dr Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in for a session in order to discuss his demons. After questioning him on what he determined to be demons, it was included that he sees his epileptic seizures as demonic possession. Patient has been reluctant to accept the idea, but has been given time to think about it.

Patient also believes his father was killed by demons, and avenged his father by killing this demon which was most like the police officer that was killed on scene, though this was not presented in the session. More to add on a follow up session.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in to discuss his developing relationship with Patient Karnald Colton, who Patient Ross Sharpe knows as "Quinn." Patient claims that is is consensual, though an eye will be kept out due to Patient Karnald Colton's previous record.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient was brought into the infirmary by fellow patient Karnald Colton (seeming to go by 'Quinn' at the time). Patient Sharpe had a large bite wound on the side of his neck, a laceration on his forehead (near the temple), and various other minor scrapes and bruises. He seemed to have experienced some minor head trauma and most likely has a low grade concussion. Wounds were stitched and bandaged as needed and patient will be kept overnight for observation. Will prescribe antibiotics to avoid infection, particularly in the bite wound.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was first approached to be brief on future sessions with Patient Karnald Colton.

Patient was then once again introduced to the idea of epilepsy plaguing him instead of demons. Patient is still reluctant to accept the idea but has request some reading material on his father's beliefs in order to help him better understand his father's intentions and help separate his actions from reality.

Written by Mason Conrad:

Patient was called in for a group therapy with 'Thu Hazlitt' and 'Lorelei Fabre'. We discussed the tension exhibited between the patient and Ms. Hazlitt. When questioned, Ross described that he felt irritated (for understandable reasons). The two patients eventually talked things out and the tension soothed.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient was brought in from the garden by a guard. This occurred on the same night as the fire alarm in the cell hall and patient appeared to try sleeping out in the garden to avoid having to share rooms with the other patients. He was brought in with mild to moderate hypothermia and was promptly warmed and checked for frostbite. There didn't appear to be any lasting damage to tissues, nerves, or organs and brain functions checked out. Patient was kept overnight for observation and continued warming.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient appeared to have had a seizure while in the dayroom with fellow patient Karnald Colton (going by 'Quinn' at the time). Patient was paranoid and upset when I arrived on the scene and was being guarded by patient Colton. He claimed to have taken his medication the night before and this was subsequently confirmed by the orderly in charge of distributing medications. Eventually, with the help of Dr. Saito, patient Sharpe was convinced to go to the infirmary for a check up. He didn't appear to be injured from the seizure, nor was there any apparent long term damage done. Patient was sent back to his room with instructions to rest.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in due to a recent seizure to ask his opinion of what actually happened. Patient didn't change his story and didn't seem to react when told of his epilepsy, so it can be assumed he still believes he is plagued by demons.

Patient will also begin private schooling at his request to gain a high school education.

Patient had his first personal lesson today and was discovered by teacher Lassa Hayes to be mostly at an 8th/9th grade level, while reading was much lower ay a more 6th/7th grade level. Lessons will be held fives days per week between 9 am and 12 pm, and the patient will be provided with an alarm clock and school supplies for his lessons.

Guard's report:

Patient was attacked by fellow patient Karnald Colton (who appeared to be going as 'Walter' at the time) after an argument between the two. He was punched and knocked to the ground before Colton was subdued and sedated. Patient was moved to the infirmary for a checkup and was given ice for swelling and bruising on the jaw.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in and said that he began to doubt his delusions of demons. Further into the session he began to show more signs of doubt, however, this also came the realization that he killed a man and not a demon as he originally remembered. Patient is not to be expected to be suicidal, but left quite anxious and depressed. A followup session will be scheduled soon.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient was brought in after having passed out in the garden. It was determined that this was due to exhaustion; not having eaten enough food over the past few days. He was hooked up to an IV over night and given food to ween his system back to a normal diet.

I request that, once he returns to his room, the orderly who comes by his room checks to make sure he's eaten at least two substantial meals.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was brought in and questioned about his depression, to which he answered that he no longer felt depressed, but still had some lingering feeling about his realizations. Patient responded well to comments regarding his guilty and does not seem to feel compelled to question himself any longer. Patient has made great progress and is possibly on his way out.
