Patient has been discharged.

Outpatient has scheduled a post-discharge appointment February 17, 2013 around 9:00PM FST.
Appointment was with Dr. Araceli Morganti.

Outpatient appeared to have lost weight and hadn't gotten much sleep.
Outpatient appeared a bit out of sorts, not happy.
Outpatient states he hasn't talked to many people outside of the hospital since his discharge.

This is believed to be the reason he isn't feeling well.
