Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient called for a session stating that he did not feel "them" anymore, referring to his personalities. Patient may have integrated, but will be watched for a few days more in order to check for a possible relapse.

Patient reported he still has a fear of water, which is a topic that will be addressed in a later session.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient came by and asked for permission to be in Patient Ross Sharpe's room, which was granted on a trial period. A guard must be by the door for now in case of relapse.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

I was called down to the patient's room after he was attacked in the cell hallway by patient Thu Hazlitt. I stitched up the bite wounds and requested that he come by the infirmary for the next week or so to have the bandages changed. The wounds don't seem deep enough to require antibiotics and there doesn't appear to be any muscle or bone damage.

Guard's report:

Patient was involved in an altercation with fellow patient Thu Hazlitt in the cafeteria. The former punched the latter repeatedly in the face until guards intervened shortly afterward and brought the patient to isolation to speak with a therapist.

Dr. Kayoko Saito: (Report meant for March 13, 2012)

Patient was spoken to in isolation and seemed to be calm, though is not allowed in patient Ross Sharpe's room for five days as punishment for his infraction.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was brought in in order to discuss what treatment was left and the subject of hydrophobia was brought up. Patient mentioned an interest in starting this therapy and was told about an exercise where he would touch water for 15 seconds and then dry his hands off. Patient left, asking to wait until he was more mentally prepared.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in in order to start therapy to cure his hydrophobia. The basic exercise was done a few times, the patient getting gradually calmer each trial, though the length was time was not able to be increased the duration of the session. Patient mentioned water used to be a sort of punishment. Patient requested to leave the session in order to practice on his own time.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient called a session in order to show his progress with the water, and demonstrated he was then able to touch water without fail. Patient also stated he was able to properly use the sink and shower and later in the session was able to use the drink machine, but admitted rain would still be an issue. Patient was advised to attempt to rationalize that rain would not hurt him and to find an association between the rain and his past in order to consciously decide that rain is harmless in order for further therapy to be effective.
