Patient Record: Quinnlie Embersyn
Name: Quinnlie Embersyn
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 22
DOB: (she will claim every day is her birthday if she can get away with it.) 09/09/89
Height: 5'7
Weight: 118 lbs.
Symptoms: No social filter, apathy towards others' feelings. Oppositional defiance to any who may or may not think they are better than she is. Alcoholism may contribute to some of her more erratic behavior, but most of her behavioral issues stem from her childhood. Moody and unpredictable, she finds some twisted pleasure in making others feel uncomfortable whenever she may be feeling that way.
Biography: Estranged from her drunken father, Quinn has spent her time alone and essentially raising herself since was was a small child. At the age of fifteen after one particularly traumatic night with her Father; who drunkenly mistook her for her dead mother and tried to force himself on her- she left- and never looked back.
If you asked her why her father drank, she might tell you it was her fault. She always believed her Father blamed her for her Mother dying. Of course, her mother's mental complications weren't Quinn's fault... She didn't hold the gun to her mother's head and pull the trigger. That was a choice the depressive woman made, a cowardly cop-out. Her Father wasn't always so bad, and Quinn even had a reasonably happy first four years of life; but losing his wife shattered the resolve of an otherwise upstanding man and quickly he went into a destructive downward spiral.
Once she struck out on her own, Quinnlie found herself more often than not in trouble. A shoot off at the mouth, hot tempered young woman with daddy issues. Lovely. She avoided being taken into foster care, years of neglect and abuse convincing her that every family was like hers. She opted instead to take to the streets, never knowing when her next meal would be and relying completely on herself. Perhaps that was where her sense of self entitlement came from, or perhaps it was more complicated than that.
Medical History: No Previous Diagnosis
Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: Yes.
If so, Why?: Quinnlie has been arrested multiple times for breaking into businesses and homes, just to loiter or sleep. She sees no problem with this. The court found her a danger to herself, through somewhat manic and reckless behavior, and what seemed to be a complete disregard for the order of the world.
Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?:
If so, what? No, though her mother was Bi-polar, undiagnosed and untreated.
Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Not recently, but she has been known to violently lash out if people talk to her in a way she *deems* rude. However, if she were to be inspected, there are old scars on her stomach, where she would cut herself. She has not done this in a very long time.
Privileged Patient?: No
Current Medications: None
Notes: Quinnlie is a spitfire, and is predicted to have ODD, ADHD, and quite possibly a slew of other issues from her troubled youth. She's prone to saying literally anything and everything that pops into her head, which more often than not gets her into a great deal of trouble. She will be the first to swear up and down that she doesn't -need- any help.

Re: Patient Record: Quinnlie Embersyn
Written by Mason Conrad:
Patient feels as if she has 'no reason' to act properly. When asked to elaborate, she said, "It's like this. You grow up, and mom and dad, they tell you what's right and what's wrong. They praise you when you do good, and they tell you when you are bad. The on problem is, I don't have anyone to hold me to any of the choices I make... So why does it matter?" I attempted to explore deeper into this topic. I questioned her about her father, but it appeared as if she started to become uncomfortable. It was obvious that she held bitter feelings towards her father. "I'd wake up, and he'd be in my bed, calling me by my mother's name. He was the mental patient, not me. I was just... a kid," said the patient. She seemed too nervous to continue, and requested that we switched topics. I decided to end it at that, so I sent her off to the infirmary to finish the rest of her intake.

Re: Patient Record: Quinnlie Embersyn
Dr. Kayoko Saito:
Patient was called in seeming very agitated and attributed this to a lack of social and sexual activity. Patient claims to be able to get what she wants, but generally seems unsatisfied with her position as well as somewhat confused. Patient also seems very forward and displays psychopathic tendencies, but this may just be a cover for underlying issues. More information to come.
Session ended when showing patient the congregation areas.
