Patient Application: Chellery Marino

Symptoms: She hears voices and talks to them. She's constantly talking to no-one in particular, and when asked who she's talking to, she'll give you a specific name, but nobody is there. She has named the voices in her head specific names. And has claimed that there are at least five voices. And one of them, she claims, is evil.
Biography: Born and raised by a family of 9, Chellery has always been known as the odd child. Since she was 10, she had been known to talk to herself. Abused most of her life, as a matter of fact, but her family hides it, blaming the bruises on her head as a result of falling down the stairs so many times. She has been in and out of several mental hostpitals, as well as medical hospitals.
Medical History: Other than schizophrenia, Chellery has been known to be excessively OCD, and will throw a tantrum if something is not how she wants it. As far as past injuries go, Chellery has been known to 'fall down the stairs', some resulting in a few stitches in her head.

Has your character been referred by a court ruling?: Yes. (Is coming here their decision?) No
If so, Why?: She has throw dishes at the wall, at her family members, and has even sliced her brother's arm with a knife in a tantrum, or so her family claims.

Has your character been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?:
If so, what? Yes, Schizophrenia.

Has your character been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Her family claims, yes. She has never harmed anyone else, but only harms herself by banging her head on the wall slightly when all of her 'voices' are talking at once.

Anything else? (Questions, comments, concerns, anything you think we need to know about your character IC and/or OOCly): Nope.
