Name: Mesteno ‘Falcon’ Manson
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Age: 26
DOB: July 14th, 1985
Height: 6’4”
Weight: 172 lb

Symptoms: He is cripplingly narcissistic and has tried to kill a man over trying to cut his hair. Vanity aside this hasn’t even touched the tip of the ice burg yet. Due to a long standing fight with hallucinogenic drugs and opiates and a childhood of abuse Mesteno has created a delusion to help him cope with the horrors of this world. Unfortunatly his copeing mechnicism is even more horriffic than what those horrors actually are as he thinks there is someone telling him to do things he dosen’t want to do and the only way to get those voices out is to literally carve them out of his body. All his scars are self inflicted.

Biography:

Life was pretty good for little Mesteno. His father who had just been diagnosed with MPD, was on medication under court ruling after having killed three prostitutes in a van while keeping a little three year old safe and snug in his booster seat like a good father. Mest had been removed from his home for three years and put into foster care where he was fed sweets. He was released back into the man’s loving custody three years later after the court ruling found him not guilty because someone had tampered with the evidance. His twin brother however was not released because he was already adopted out of the foster system. - Cue his insatiable craving for sweets.

As things started to go downhill from there on. Despite the abuse that Mest received from his father he still strived to be pretty. The man never paid for hair cuts for the little boy or for new toys so instead of playing with sticks in the back yard like normal children, he’d spend hours in front of a mirror brushing his hair until his scalp bleed. You’re so pretty... oh so pretty Cue the start of Narcissistic Personality Disorder at the ripe age of eight. With no friends to speak of he created imaginary friends. Although to this day they have yet to go away.

As he grew older his insecurities grew. He started hanging out with the wrong people and was close to following in his father’s foot steps. Around the age of fifteen he dabbled in the world of substance abuse. One too many pills and one too many mind trips was all it took to fully unlock his genetic disposition for schitzophrenia and from the age of twenty to this very day he’s been suffering from a ‘mental episode and no longer truely knows what’s real anymore despite the fact that he now seems to be getting better on the outside.

Medical History:
He has occasional cases of Pica towards metallic objects but mostly for things that are smooth steel, gold, and copper. Mesteno last had exploratory surgery in ’09 where they found and extracted two rings and a dozen pennies. His doctors would like to think he has a nutrient deficiency but he swears that it’s because he likes the metallic tang.
Frequently experiences night terrors.
Prone to getting infections as he is constantly opening old wounds in order to made the voices stop.

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?
No.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?:
Attention-deficit Disorder
Schizophrenia w/ self harm
Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Extremely Phobic of Beetles

Is the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?
Both of course.

Privileged Patient?: No

Current Medications: Sedative (for night terrors)

Note: Mest has a crazy sweet tooth. Not many are aware of when he has his ‘violent episodes’ he can redily be subdued with the lure of a muffin or a cupcake.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient's vital signs, blood chemistry, and organ functions seemed relatively normal, although trace amount of the drugs opium and ecstasy were found in the urine sample.

Bandaged what seemed to be self inflicted cuts on patient's chest and arms. Recommend bandages be changed daily.

Need to wait at least 72 hours for drugs to clear out of system before attempting surgery to remove spinal rings, otherwise negative drug interactions could occur with the anesthesia.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient was brought in claiming to have "bugs" all over his body, he had heavily scratched himself up in response. Bandaged and cleaned all visible wounds and administered light tranquilizers to calm the patient until a therapist could arrive.

Patient was found in cells licking out a head wound on patient Karnald Colton. Patient was compliant with security and was brought to the infirmary to have the blood cleaned off. No wounds found.

Patient and patient Karnald Colton are not to be together without direct staff supervision. If further troubles arise, these patients are to be completely isolated from each other.

Patient was sent from East Haven to prison after evidence was found which implicated him as the suspect in a murder investigation. He spent a few months in prison before his twin brother was also implicated. The evidence was not able to distinguish which brother was in fact the culprit and prison authorities, due to Manson's mental state, have recommended that he return to East Haven for treatment until further notice.

Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:

I began the session by attempting to discuss with the patient his 'imaginary friend'/ hallucination, however, the patient claimed that he was still sleeping in the room and would have to be brought in. While this does shed a bit of light on the nature of the hallucination it did not prove to be a very fruitful path during this session so I instead discussed with him the reasons he believed he was sent to prison.

According to the patient it has to do with charges of murder followed by cannibalism. The patient was accused of killing a man who, Manson states, raped his youngest brother. This murder appears to be retribution for the act but I attempted to discuss with the patient alternative methods to handle criminal situations and he at least seems to realize that murder was a very extreme action to take in this case.

Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:

Patient visited my office along with patient Lenna Ellis to request permission to for himself to move into a cell together. I consulted Ellis' doctor, Dr. Saito, to ask her opinion on the matter and we both came to the consensus that this request should be denied. Both will have to make more progress in their therapy, Manson in particular, before this issue can be reexamined.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Patient was brought into the infirmary by a guard, having received a stab wound in the leg. I examined the patient and a broken off pencil was embedded approximately two to three inches into his thigh. No major damage seems to have been done and the wound was cleaned and bandaged. I'm prescribing mild antibiotics seeing as how the wound was so deep to avoid any secondary infections.

How and why the patient received this wound is somewhat unclear as the patient himself seems to be very biased about his involvement. From what I can glean patient Jonsey Gaiman was the one to stab him, although the actions seems to have been in self defense. This issue should be looked into by security and the patients' respective therapists.

Sana Shepard:

Situation began with a scream, which was determined to have been an orderly that had been stabbed in the eye with a pencil by patient Mesteno Manson. Patient seemed delirious yet still agile enough to put up a fight and was subdued and brought to isolation.

It will be reminded that the patient may not handle sharp objects and requires a guard watch at all times.

Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:

I visited the patient in isolation following his attack on one of the hospital's orderlies with a pencil. The patient claimed not to clearly remember the incident; instead recalling only fear and panic following what I believe to be a night terror. The patient has a history of these and I recommend he be put on medication to manage them to avoid anymore violent episodes. When I questioned him further about the content of the dreams he stated that they were typically of his father abusing him, he confirmed these to be memories from his youth.

The patient's bedroom door is to remain locked at night to try and avoid any further incidents.

Dr. Allen Carter's report (based upon report from the attending physician, Dr. Tahara):

Patient came in for a checkup on the stab wound in his leg. There was a small rash around the site but this was determined to be from the patient irritating the wound, not from an infection.

The patient also complained of an upset stomach. The patient's assigned guard revealed that the patient had recently consumed a metal button. A laxative was given to try and help the patient pass it through his digestive system. If the patient is still feeling poorly in 3 days then and x-ray needs to be taken to determine the location of the button (as well as any other foreign objects) for possible surgical removal.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:

Performed surgery on Manson to remove multiple metallic objects from his GI tract. He seems to have ingested these as a result of his pica both during his time in prison and his time at East Haven. A x-ray was performed post-op and no further foreign bodies were seen. The patient is to remain on antibiotics and pain medication as he heals.
