Symptoms: She has a few different personalities: Patient/Calm, Destructive, Creepy, Paranoid, Greatly Depressed, claims "Professor Januce" as a dead aunt.
Biography: It is unknown what is the cause of her mental illness, but it is known that it began when she was young, and she suddenly became rather destructive, killing her aunt in the process. She then began claiming she was "Professor Januce", and was sent to the mental hospital after rather violently raping and ripping out and attempting to eat the throat of her boyfriend with her "trusty pet Chainsaw." It is unknown what this trusted pet chainsaw is exactly, but an autopsy has revealed that it is not indeed a chainsaw, but death by a dog, possibly the patient's dog, but nothing has been concluded.
Medical History: Allergic to peanuts.

If so, Why?: In the middle of her murder trial she jumped up and started shouting at the judge and the people watching.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: No.

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: In her "destructive" mode she tends to hurt both, only hurting herself by crashing against objects. In "depressive" mode she seems to have a deep hatred for herself, but when she attempts to hurt herself she becomes frightened.

Guard's report:
A small razor blade was recovered from the patient's mouth after she had injured herself with it during intake. Patient had to be subdued and tranquilized. Nothing else was found during the later strip search.

Dr. Allen Carter's report:
Patient had to receive stitches to the inside of her cheeks after injuring herself with a razor blade. Nothing out of the ordinary was found in the blood and urine tests and no other injuries were found.

Patient was injured during the first stage of the intake, found to have a small blade hidden in her mouth. She switched personalities midway through and had to be tranquilised by Dr. Allen Carter.
Further diagnosis is needed reguarding the patient's mental state.
