Symptoms: (What makes you think that your character needs help?) Coheed holds a lack of pleasure in everyday life. He is very easily irritated and thrown into fits of rage. Thoughts of self-harm and harm to others. No motivation to do anything other than lay around. A wide range of mood swings that nearly encompass their own personalities.

Biography: (Anything in your past that may be a factor in whatever mental illness you may have/Tell us about yourself!) His Mother was a diagnosed schizophrenic. His father was never home. He was deeply attatched to his Mother who passed away when he was eleven. The majority of the symptoms began taking place around that time. His grandfather was Bi-polar to an extreme degree. He knows nothing about his father by any means.

Medical History: (Any health problems we should know about? Allergic reactions?)
He is deathly allergic to tomatoes and olives. He is terrified of the larger species of anthros.(Canines,Equines,Ursines and Bovines.

If so, Why?: His application to be admitted to the mental hospital was done by his grandparent's who were now unable to take care of him anymore from his mood swings and self-harm.
