Name: Clio Faye
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 18
DOB: October 13, 1993
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110 lbs

Symptoms: Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (associated with which are Panic Disorder, Dissociations, Mood swings, Hyposexual behavior, etc.), Nyctophobia (extreme fear of the dark), Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder

Biography: Clio was raised by a single mother, never knowing her father. The woman was severely bipolar, alternating between extreme mania to the point of psychosis, and deep depression and alcoholism. When Clio was bad as a small child, she was locked in a closet for hours on end with nothing to eat and no one to speak to. Finally, when Clio was eight years old, a neighbor reported the abuse when Clio was absent from school for several days. Child Services found her with a broken arm and several bruises, hiding under her bed.

Naturally, she was put into foster care upon being released from the hospital. It proved to be even worse. Through a grievous error in the screening process, she was placed in a group home that had less than admirable practices. When she had nightmares, she was drugged with Ambien to put her to sleep, leading her to be horrendously addicted to it. If she protested, she was beaten.

The abuse escalated over the years, aided occasionally by foster siblings themselves who found her an easy target for establishing themselves socially in the home. When she was thirteen years old, an older boy unsuccessfully tried to coerce her into unsavory activities, and she viciously stabbed him with a fork. He survived, but was badly scarred by the incident.

The court reassigned her to a juvenile mental health facility, where she resided until her recent 18th birthday before being transferred to East Haven when she was deemed unsafe to society.

Medical History:

+ Anemia
+ Anorexia
+ Currently being medicated with Zoloft and Ativan (the latter of which she is severely addicted to as a result)
+ Broken arm at the age of eight
+ Broken ribs at the age of thirteen
+ Long history of physical abuse and malnourishment

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: Yes
If so, Why?: Her mental disability is crippling enough that she is considered a danger to society if unsupervised.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: Yes
If so, what? Noted in symptoms

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Mostly herself, although she has been known to lash out under extremely stressful circumstances.

Privileged Patient?: No

Current Medications: None

Patient exhibits all mentioned symptoms. Due to a strong opposition against the blood samples (to the point that she panicked at the simple mention of a sample), the patient has been sent to her cell without the samples being taken. It is mandatory that these samples are taken at another date. Considering her insomnia, sleeping-aids can be used to sedate the patient in order to acquire the samples.

Patient seems to be unwilling and afraid to sleep in her room and was found hiding in the cafeteria. After succumbing to her nightly meds, she was moved into her room. Patient also seems to be unwilling to interact with other patients, though, this could be in part to being new to the hospital.
