Dr. Kayoto Saito:
Patient sees, hears, and feels like many different people are speaking to her. When asked of their existence, she appeared to doubt them, though said she confirmed it because of a second person who also claimed to see them in high school.

The patient may have some genetic form of schizophrenia, as no traumatic incidents have been recorded that may have caused it otherwise. Another theory is that this friend of the patient may have deluded her into believing these people are real until she herself believed she had schizophrenia. Follow up session is recommended.
