Name: Chellery Marino
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 18
DOB: October 31st, 1992
Height: 5' 0"
Weight: 100 lb

Symptoms: She hears voices and talks to them. She's constantly talking to no-one in particular, and when asked who she's talking to, she'll give you a specific name, but nobody is there. She has named the voices in her head specific names. And has claimed that there are at least five voices. And one of them, she claims, is evil. Chellery has been known to be excessively OCD, and will throw a tantrum if something is not how she wants it.
Biography: Born and raised by a family of 9, Chellery has always been known as the odd child. Since she was 10, she had been known to talk to herself. Her family claims that she has 'fallen down the stairs' often, but light investigation has revealed this to be an unlikely explanation for her injuries. She has been in and out of several mental hospitals, as well as medical hospitals.
Medical History: No medical abnormalities.

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: Yes.
If so, Why?: She has throw dishes at the wall, at her family members, and has even sliced her brother's arm with a knife in a tantrum, or so her family claims.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: Yes.
If so, what? Yes, Schizophrenia.

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Her family claims, yes, though no acts of violence against others have been observed. However she has harmed herself by banging her head on the wall slightly when all of her 'voices' are talking at once.

Privileged Patient?: No

Current Medications: None

Patient had intake, was very shy and didn't trust the doctor. Seems to be whispering to herself and be very uncertain about decisions, actions, or things to say.
Patient has admitted to hearing voices ( names
of voices soon to come) only one has gotten to do things she didn't want to do.
Patient has been put on antihallucinogines to try to "quiet" the extra voices in her head.
