Biography: She grew up generally comfortable. Her father was a congressman and her mother was a doctor and scientist studying the field of genetics when her day job did not occupy her time. Needless to say, her family had lots of money but very little time to offer to their only child. Butlers and nannies were who raised the girl from the time she was young until she was old enough to leave the house. Unfortunately, not all of her caretakers were magnificent people. One man, Roberto Peterson, who was hired on as Rima's personal chauffeur and protector if ever she was to leave the house for your typical teenager socializing and what-not, was one of those not-so-magnificent people.

He always did have a wandering eye, and the man was quite forceful if need be. Since she was fourteen, he had been forceful and abusive toward the female if ever she disregarded his command (usually exaggerated slightly from the original request Rima's father would have given Roberto into a more extreme demand). When she turned 18, she was to be given a large sum of money to begin her life alone in a condominium deep in the nearest town to her original place of stay.

Before all that, however, she wished to socialize with friends at her prom's afterparty. Roberto was sent to drive her there and bring her home in one piece, but during their trip, Rima became spiteful and bratty. A quick back-and-forth between the two escalated into a more acidic argument before the chauffeur pulled over and dragged the female toward an alleyway in a terrible part of town as he had three times before (though, not in the same place of course).

The psychosis was already developped, but since she spent most of her time alone, very little of it was seen and the nannies blamed what they did see on their bosses' daughter sneaking into their wineceller and drinking too much. The sleepwalking was fairly routine, though.

Hallucinations filled her vision and before she knew it, she had injured the man to the point of drawing much blood. What she saw at the time was not her overseer attempting to rape her, but some demonic creature attempting to tear the flesh off her bones, surrounded by flame and the scent of burning bodies. When she ran out of the alley and the bleeding man followed after her, she found herself approached by local authority several blocks away. Unfortunately, she did not see them as figures of the law, but clowns with smeared make-up and blood running like waterfalls from their lips and nose and eyes. She attacked them.

She spent several nights in jail. She wouldn't speak. Sometimes she'd begin to scream and thrash and attack those who she saw with true fear in those eyes, seeing something other than what really lie before her.

Surpassing her fear, she eventually spoke of what happened that night. About the demon attempting to destroy her and of the bleeding clowns that laughed at her and reached for her. They had someone else speak to her, a psychologist, who later diagnosed her with Chronic Hallucinatory Psychosis, PTSD, and Somnambulism. Under a few days of temporary surveillance, they were able to discover that the psychosis and the sleepwalking would at times tie in with one another.

Rima was sent to court and later sent to East Haven, proven mentally unstable for life on her own and was obviously a bit unpredictable in public situations.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: Chronic Hallucinatory Psychosis, PTSD, and Somnambulism (sleepwalking).

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Mostly others, though sometimes she hurts herself.

Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:

Patient seemed very anxious and unwilling to speak throughout most of the session. It is unclear as of yet if this is just nerves or a symptom of her condition.

Evidence of her hallucinations seemed evident from what she said in the session. From what I could glean she seemed paranoid that the doctors and other staff she saw on her way in would turn into something terrible. She would not elaborate though.

From what I've seen so far her personal psychologist's diagnosis seems accurate and I recommend she starts on anti hallucinogenic and anti psychotic medications.
