Patient Record: Theloden Kenell
Name: Theloden Kenell
Gender: Male
Species: Canine anthro
Age: 16
DOB: Oct 3, 1995
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 155 lbs
Symptoms: Has trouble sleeping due to nightmares. Seems closed off and somewhat anti social. He avoids activities he once enjoyed such as drawing and avoids going to school, making up excuses so as not to go. He has a hopeless attitude and has trouble expressing his emotions. He often experiences flashbacks, making him very on edge and jumpy at times. Will sometimes be very over emotional and have crying spells over minor matters.
Biography: He was a goth kid. He enjoyed school and took pride in bringing home good grades. Not perfect ones, but he had pride in a value of an education. He loved art class an in particular enjoyed drawing subjects related to the goth theme. He fell in love with a girl named Serina, a fellow goth, with the same interest in art. One day a shooter came into the school, attacking random students with Serina and Theloden both being victims. Serina died in Theloden's arms that day and he was paralyzed from the waist down.
Medical History: Due to being paralyzed by a gunshot wound from the waist down, he's wheelchair bound and suffers chronic pain. The pain can be managed by medication. The accident also affected his toiletry habits, making him incontinent, and unable to control his bowels (he has learned since how to deal with this to minimize accidents.) He carries two bullets in his body, so he may end up accidentally setting off metal detectors.
Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: No, his own decision.
Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: No
Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: He has lately had thoughts of suicide but hasn't acted on them.

During his strip search, the patient suffered from an ordeal which should be fully addressed in a doctor's report. He willingly submitted to being sedated afterwards, and was searched from there. A pocket watch was found, albeit I've allowed him to keep it.

Re: Patient Record: Theloden Kenell
Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:
Patient was calm a bit reserved throughout the intake. He was reluctant to speak about the incident which lead to his coming here and he withdrew some when it was brought up in the conversation. The patient expressed concerns of not being 'normal' to use his word. When I pressed further on that he seemed to be referencing both his handicapped status but more so his depression. He seems interested in his condition, asking me what my diagnosis of him was before we left for the infirmary. Currently it would appear he has depression as well as some anxiety issues.
The patient did not wish for an orderly to assist him around the hospital but did request a button to call for one if he needed help.
