She was, and still is, shy and didn't speak much during school or anywhere else. Her natural hair color is a pale blond. Around the time she was 9 her family moved here. Her mother passed away a few years later of an unknown rare disease. The family really suffered, but they pulled through in the end. When she was around 19, Luna got a job as a waitress at Bella Noche, and finally worked up the money to move into one of the apartments.
