Biography: Parents died in a drunk driving accident on a back road in their town of Mary Ester, Florida; she was at home with her mother's best friend at the time (she was only 5 years old). Was bounced around from foster home to foster home after her grandparents gave her up to the state. Was handed over to the mental health clinic after she was diagnosed and remained stationary in one foster home until she turned 18. After that, the state turned her over to EHMH.
Medical History: Has seasonal allergies: gets sick twice a year; once in the spring and once in the fall.

If so, Why?: After she became of age, the mental clinic turned her over.

If so, what? Was diagnosed at the age of 15 with bi-polar disorder.

Dr. Stefan Caprioli's report:

I am reporting on the intake of patient Eilfie Smith. When first brought in the patient complained of lethargy, whether this is at all related to her mental conditions is unclear but seemingly insignificant. The patient seemed tense through the session but opened up to personal anecdotes. She claims that, at her previous hospital, she had to 'act' normal for the staff thus, as she said, rendering herself a different person in a way. She expressed concern over this and asked if that was the proper approach to treating someone with her conditions. She calmed down when assurance was given that she could remain 'herself' at this hospital.

Overall the patient was very willing to talk if not a bit anxious about the concerns noted above. She asked for permission to visit the library which I deferred until her mental state could be observed.

Also, nothing of note was discovered in the strip search or the medical test.
