Name: Lenna Inesca Ellis
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 22
DOB: 4/13/1989
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 130

Symptoms: somewhat unreasonable paranoia, sudden sometimes unprovoked violent outbursts, general mood swings, refusal to accept or acknowledge certain events, often exaggerates or replaces normal events so that they sound like fantasy, and will often laugh at inappropriate times.

Biography: Lenna I. Ellis, twin to Aaron L. Ellis(deceased) and daughter of Johnathan and Kimberly Ellis. Lenna was very close to her brother Aaron, the both of them had what most might consider a normal happy life up until about age 10. At that time the family was living in an apartment building on the third floor and the twins were playing on the fire escape even though they had been told countless times not to. Kids will be kids. Aaron was sitting on the railing of the fire escape and lost balance, breaking his neck when he hit the ground. As one might imagine, Lenna and her parents were devastated. From that point Lenna began to exhibit anxiety and unusual behavior which would only grow worse with age. Both parents tried to do their best, attempting to be supportive but after things had become more than just a handful they didn't know what to do and eventually just tried to pretend everything was fine.

Written by Mason Conrad:

The patient seemed quite cooperative at first, although slowly degrading into an anxious state. She seemed too cautious to sit, and quite uncomfortable in the presence of a camera. It seemed as if she thought of the camera as a living being (claiming to kick it if it touched her). Eventually, she decided to concede and answer a few basic questions. These questions brought out the fact that she thought of herself as a hero- performing acts to save the public (such as attacking a vending machine, killing dogs, etc). When questioned as to why she thought of dogs as an evil entity, she simple stated that, due to its name being 'god' backwards, that it was an enemy. She didn't necessarily have a grudge against gods in a religious sense, but she considered anything that closely "called itself god" as an enemy.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in for her first session. It began slowly in an attempt to get the patient to feel more comfortable in the environment. Patient seemed to believe she was helping others with her crimes and believed she was wrongfully kindapped and brought to the asylum. Patient also asked many questions about patient Thu Hazlitt, and in the end seemed somewhat satisfied with the answer. In addition to her anxiety, patient is incredibly delusional.

Patient seemed uncomfortable with the indoor environment and was offered to move the session outdoors, which she accepted. Patient then asked to see a holy person in order to attempt an exorcism on someone, though was talked out of in favor of using a demon warding object. Patient was given a Japanese paper slip in order to help with her goals, whatever they may be. Patient did not appear to wish to harm anybody and was surprised when she heard exorcisms performed in the past were somewhat painful.

Work on building trust for future sessions.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was met again for another session in the garden. It began as a light conversation, again, in more attempts to build trust. Patient mentioned multiple times that there was another patient whose negativity particularly bothered her, going so far as to refer to him as a 'zombie.' She also seemed incredibly agitated by people pushing for a realistic view of the world rather than believing life is 'cool.'

From this, it is very likely that these delusions stem from his brother's death. In an attempt to cover up the harsh reality that her closest family member died of a tragic accident, the patient formed this world to escape it. She does not recall that her brother died at all, rather, still believes she will see him again someday.

Patient was asked to remember when people started calling her 'crazy' in order to attempt to confirm this theory, though it is likely she had since hidden this time from her mind.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was called in for a session in order to have a steady stream of meetings. Patient seemed slightly less energetic than usual and described that she felt she had become 'evil' in contrast to how she wished to act as a person. She stated that she had been mean to the 'zombie,' although still seemed irritated at his thought process. Patient was asked if his thought process was really of her concern, to which she was able to reason that she did not necessarily need to convert him to her way of thinking so long as she was happy and then left the session to sleep.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was brought in for a session. Despite recent events, patient seemed relatively calm and collected, and thus was questioned about her opinion of this zombie man, which she mentioned once again. Patient was enlightened to the idea that she perhaps wasn't wrong, but that she lacked the proper communication skills to get her idea across, and seemed interested in improving herself this way.

I believe that the patient will be able to slowly break free of delusions by learning to become more self aware.

Dr. Kayoko Saito

Patient was brought in and seemed quite down, most likely due to the recent events with Thu Hazlitt as well as continuing troubles with Patient Dakota Reynolds. Patient was very distant initially and was reluctant to accept any advice, insisting she simply wanted to leave the asylum all together.

Patient was reluctant to do any sort of self analysis, insisting that there was nothing of any interest to find, and later proceeded to be confused about the exercise. Patient was advised to speak with patient Dakota Reynolds as a way to attempt to explain herself and find out more about her psyche in the process.

Dr. Kayoko Saito

Patient was spoken to and stated that she had successfully made up with patient Dakota Reynolds and indicated that she was one of her only male friends. Patient seemed relatively calm and collected, and was reluctant to share her drawings, likely fear of how I would react to their contents. Patient stated she would share them next session.

Patient later mentioned that she heard of someone who had given their blind lover a seeing eye dog and was thoroughly disgusted by the notion, stating that dogs were dirty and loud and needed to be removed. She stated that this action made her feel better and was not convinced that dogs were something to let be, though did not push me away and accepted some reading material on dogs to learn more about them. Her reaction to be gauged next session.

Patient also requested a notepad and pen and was given these materials.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was brought in. Patient still seemed rather closed off, but unusually explained some of her negative concerns, though supernatural (a plant dubbed 'Charlie' and a possible pirate attack).

Patient was, however, incredibly closed off from accepting help or looking for solutions to even problems she believed in. To be focused on in later sessions.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

After no recorded incidents, patient was called to a session. Patient seemed irritated and stated she hated the place, insisting that she "was not crazy" when informed of why she was here and how she could get out. Patient spoke of her brother and was informed that her brother was dead, and refused accept it and eventually changed the subject when attempting to be reasoned with.

Patient began talking about why she wasn't sure why people "hated" her and accepted the reason that subtly forcing her beliefs on others may be the cause. Patient also expressed hate of any unknown patient but has not appeared to have caused any harm to them.

Patient was informed that the "real world" they detest could be more interesting than they first imagined and the session ended on a high note, though a follow-up session will be necessary.
