Name: Lenaria Faine
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 21
DOB: 7-17-1992
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110

Symptoms: She is convinced the end of the world is coming closer, and that she is the only one who can stop it. She sometimes sees through eyes she claims are not her own, but a girl's in the future. (Basically, she sees her current surroundings as rundown and apocalyptic.) Her behavior changes during this time, and she also speaks to one single voice she claims to hear within her head. They argue a lot.

Biography: Lenaria had a fairly rough life. Her mother was fine to her, but ever step-father and other fatherly figure she had always made a negative impression on her life. She was a nice girl and she managed to make it through the abuse as she grew up before her mother finally married a decent man.

Striving to be independant, Len quickly got a job as a waitress and managed a small apartment near it using her income from that job alone. With such a sweet disposition such as hers, she was easily able to impress and lift the moods of the customers she served, earning her decent tips atop the hourly wage.

But soon, she had an accident. A customer had spilled a drink and left it for the staff to clean up, and had already left the building. Unfortunately, that puddle was in Len's path, and she was incapable of seeing it with a tray full of dirty dishes blocking her vision of the ground. She slipped and fell, hitting her head roughly on the tile below. It knocked her unconscious, and unconscious she would stay.

An ambulance was called and she was rushed to the hospital, mostly due to her lack of responding. They gave it a day, but she didn't wake up. Another day, a week, a month, six months, but no. It wasn't until the eleventh month did she finally open her eyes. Her friends and family saw she was afraid, absolutely terrified, of what she saw: them. She explained that, during her coma, she saw a completely different world. The world had ended by the hands of an otherworldly woman who intended to save it, seeing as though a worldwide war had begun. Len explained that there were people she was affiliated with that looked exactly like them and behaved quite similar, but each of them played a significant part in this world. Her best friend was the daughter of a high-ranking military officer for a city that aimed to wipe out those not in it. Len herself was the clone of the daughter of the man who called himself friend and co-worker to the other military officer. Her best friend and potential romantic interest was the president of an orbitting city, who was also dying. A man was trying to destroy what was left of humanity, aside for those not exposed to the radiation that wars past had left, and she, along with her new friends, would have to stop him. There was just an incredible amount of in depth story to what she saw that she was fully convinced that she saw through that person's eyes. Yet, she couldn't put into words just how detailed and realistic this 'dream' really was.

In the midst of her explaining, she catches sight of a man who resembled one of the terrible people that she saw during that time, and her first reaction was to shriek and jump out of the hospital bed, ripping off a few of the cords connected. Her second reaction, she claims, was not her own; She jumped up and attacked the man, freeing herself of the other cords attached. The man in question was actually the mayor of the town she resided in, coming to visit the small-scale celebrity and give his condolences to her friends and family (small-scale celebrity is used because the town she came from was small and a comatose woman who'd done nothing but good for the town was relatively unheard of).

When questioned later by authorities, she explained everything the way she saw it: he was a man that wished to erradicate all life outside the place he led. Upon further questioning, she was irritated to the point where her behavior drastically changed and she had actually argued with herself as well as the official. She also attempted to instigate a fight, but was subdued before anything could happen. When she calmed down, she explained she had no control and could merely watch from another person's eyes as some haggard man harrassed her (instead of the well-kept official that was actually there).

She saw the situation as if she was in her coma once more.

Medical History: Allergic to Ibuprofin, has minor pet allergies, tends to throw up when she eats certain foods.

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: Yes.
If so, Why?: She attacked the mayor of a smaller city and began to do the same to an authorative figure.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: PTSD from the abuse, a Vitamin D defeciency, Social Anxiety, and sporadic insomnia.

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: Others, usually. She never attempts to hurt herself.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was brought in quite nervous and restless, though calmed down as the speaking went on. Patient claimed that those that brought her here were crazy themselves and wasn't able to identify why she would be brought to the hospital herself. Patient wished to return home though understood her position. Her reasons for being admitted to be addressed her next session.

Patient wished to be put under for the search and medical tests.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Called a session with a patient in order to better asses her. Patient still does not show any of the major symptoms recorded, but overall is very closed off and mistrusting. Sessions to be done in short bursts until she is comfortable with being the center of attention in the session in order to try and build some sort of trust.
