Name: Akiyama Kamimura
Gender: Male
Species: Human/Rabbit
Age: 22
DOB: 2/17/1989
Height: 5'6
Weight: 110

Symptoms: Violent when called girly, OCD, Irritated when he does not smoke at least twice a day; aggressive if they try to take his cigarette. Fidgety/Twitchy when alone and prone to mood swings.

Biography: He was a bastard child and often thrown to the side by family members (he had two half-sisters and a half-brother by his mother, though was not close to them). He lived with his father who was sweet, letting him do what he wished without much trouble. As he got older, he managed to get in trouble often and found himself making out with male & female alike without any worries, often getting scolded by his father and teachers for doing it. Upon turning 19, he grew into a slightly girly figure which caused him to be bullied; the bullying progress to the point where Aki was always frustrated and began acting violently towards others.. Aki got mildly addicted to it before taking therapy and stopping it, though it didn't stop him from hurting people if they got too close and annoyed him. He started smoking at age 20 and hasn't stopped since, using it as a sedative whenever he became angry. At age 21 he was arrested twice for attacking people for calling him things, having crippled one of his victims in the spine and causing brain damage to the other. His father pleaded for him and he was let go but ended up in prison for two months, left off for good behavior. Aki was recently released from patrol. Aki's father, Aoun, with the court backing him up enrolled him into the hospital to help him get treatment of his loneliness as well as trying to fix his OCD, cigarette addiction, and violence behavior.

Medical History: Mild allergic reaction to all seafood.

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: Yes
If so, Why?: He attacked two people within a few weeks having crippled one and the other he gave brain damage to by bashing the guy's head into a wall several times until knocking him unconscious, they sentenced him to about a three months in prison then released him after two months for good behavior and was put on patrol. Recently just released from patrol, though court has sentenced him for some medical help with parent's agreement.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: Yes
If so, what? OCD, it can have a sudden out burst but it can be calm. If he sees something that nnoys him, he'll either stand up and fix it himself or reach out to the person who has something that is bothering him and attempt to fix it without warning, even if means holding the person down to fix it.

Dr Stavros's Report
During Intake: Cooperative. Refuses to share some information, but I'm sure this is normal with patients like him. Says 'taking on pain releases some tension'.

Patient Record: Akiyama Kamimura Empty Request

Post  emmycross Mon Feb 13, 2012 7:42 pm

Dr Stavros
Every 2-3 hours, an orderly (or anyone with the time) is to check on this patient, and possibly give him some paper so as to keep himself busy.
