Biography: Her illness started as depression at age 14 due to bullying, though this remained untreated as the patient did not view it as a mental disorder. A few years later, at age 20 she, began to find it hard to take care of herself. She would often fall or trip, and would sometimes find herself in a daze, staring with either an inappropriate emotion or none at all, completely immobile. It was a few months later when she almost broke a leg and seemed to be unable to take care of herself when she was taken to a hospital.
Medical History: Allergic to cats.
Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: No
Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: No.
Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: No.

Through all of this, it is apparent that the patient suffers from some form of schizophrenia. In the end, I guided her to the cafeteria for food and then towards the infirmary for further evaluation.
