Symptoms: Hallucinations ( he claims to be in alternate realities ), Self inflicted harm, Sexual mania, ( rare, due to circumstances ) becoming overly excited by death, blood, organs of any sort of the human variety. ( Rarely sexual, though occassionally. For the most part it's the need to 'get involved' with touching, handling, examining, wanting to commit the action of whatever it was for these listed things to be obtained or experienced. )

Biography: Born in London, he grew up in the United Kingdom, naturally. Raised in a middle-class house hold in the country, he was a bit of an oddball to begin with. ( Exhibiting signs of high functioning autism ) At the age of eight, while his mother was at work and his father was visiting his daughters ( from a past marriage ) he was being watched by a family friend and was raped. Unfortunately, the perpetrator did what many pedophile rapists have in the past and threatened him if he spoke about it. Being a very literal child he took it very much to heart and never spoke of it, though signs of social withdrawal ( school, the willingness to go around unfamiliar people ) heightened gradually, his mother assumed it to be him 'developing his personality'.

At fourteen he became willingly sexually active with an older man, though, of course, at first it was unwilling. It was all a matter of lots of convincing and molestation for him to lapse into his need for closeness of any kind, and allowed it to happen. He began sleeping around by that age. As a side note, his father was an ex soldier, and suffered from PTSD. He too seemed neurologically different in some way or another before joining the force, but his mental health declination took heavy affect on his own child, instead of his wife. When he found out about David's sexual activities, and even occasional drug related activities, he took to physically and verbally abusing him.

At age sixteen David was caught in his room with a boy his age and, after vacating the boy from the house, his father proceeded to sexually, physically and verbally abuse him, in hope of 'curing' his son of his 'sin', which, in his mind, was being homosexual. David was left alone when dating girls through the next couple of years, but whenever caught with other men, he'd be beaten or assaulted and told of his wrongs. At twenty one, when David's mother was out at work, David's older brother ( from his mother's previous marriage ) was out at friends, and it was just David and his father, His father took to verbal abuse. David, tired of it all, lashed back with his own defenses, which resulted in a physical fight. Towards the end it became sexual, for his father had him pinned on his back, David reached for the nearest object ( being in the kitchen, coincidentally ), being a knife for cutting cake, he stabbed his father to death and located him in the bog a mile or so away from the house.

From then, after thoroughly cleaning what he could, he'd burn his stained clothes and flee to France, where he met up with the older male mentioned previously whom he'd lost his virginity ( willingly ) to at fourteen. They traveled, and, eventually, the man established an underground night club in New York City. Here, David was subject to at first dealing drugs ( such as heroine, cocaine, marijuana, etc. ) in and out of the night club. The man, being impressed by his abilities in bed, set him up to be a prostitute, and through that did he start doing drugs himself, as a way to cope with clients. He had many unpleasant, painful encounters, including with his pimp, whom would beat him and then change his act completely and become remorseful and apologetic, he dealt with that for a long time. Being ridiculously underweight due to high consumption of cocaine, lack of food, sleep, etc. he grew weak and very ill. Sent to a hospital, it was there it was discovered his 'business' doings at the night club. He was taken from there, and, once cleaned up, filed a restraining order against that man. He was harassed in his apartment years later by the same man, who forced sexual acts onto him and then proceeded to 'carve' his initials into David's thigh with a pocket knife.

Throughout his mid to late teens, early to mid twenties, he was known for cutting himself, aside from drug consumption. He also is a suffering alcoholic.

As of current events, he has managed to wean himself off cocaine ( though not fully ). He suffers now from delusions, hallucinations, seeing his father in public places ( when he's dead and buried, etc. )

Medical History: Admitted for a cocaine overdose, admitted for self inflicted injury ( though he lied and had backup to say otherwise that someone else did it ), needed his stomach pumped once or twice for consumption of over the counter pills ( in attempt of suicide ) though never questioned, miraculously.

Has the patient been referred by a court ruling?: No. Patient has come here on his own decision, for his fear of eventually becoming something he can't control. He has suicidal thoughts, he harms himself, is addicted to drugs, alcohol, and sex, and all of this frightens him, for, when completely and utterly sober, he can think about all this in a sane manner. He always goes back to it due to reasons such as cravings / dependencies, etc.

Has the patient been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?:
He was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and PTSD at one point in his life.

Has the patient been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: He's killed once, and beaten on a few people in his life in desperate attempt to feel better, which, he did, for a little while. He hurts/hurt himself often and it shows, mainly through faded and recent scars on his calves and shins, and a few on his wrists.

Notes: His sexuality may become an issue. He'll try anything with just about anyone if given the opportunity.

NPC resident's report:

Trace amounts of cocaine and alcohol were discovered during the patient's lab work obtained at intake.

Dr. Kayoko Saito:

Patient was incredibly calm and compliant upon entry. When spoken to further, patient states that he has random depressive spells, to which he feels incredibly physically and emotionally exhausted afterwards, but cannot explain why he has these. To be brought up in a later session.

Patient was nervous during the search and medical tests, but this is normal.

This player is banned from the dream for harassing other members and deliberately ignoring staff member requests as well as posting on character sheets without jurisdiction.
