Patient Record: Naomi Trent
Name: Naomi Trent
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Age: 19
DOB: May 9 1992
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 120lbs
Symptoms:
-She has occasional vision difficulties-walls open into black holes drawing her in, floors leading into the ceiling, etc - Rarely opens her eyes due to this and prefers black scarf to obscure vision.
- Hears loud panting like dogs near ears, puts head between knees to stop sound, protects herself from “mad dogs”.
- Paints her lips and cheeks with soot or dirt, says that “If she is pretty the dogs will not harm me”
Biography:
Ordinary family life; parents-Shayne and Lila- happily married, with son Martin, a sophomore in college. When Naomi Trent was sixteen she was kidnapped and sold into human trafficking, found in Frederick Banes house when she was nineteen. She was found by Officer Mendel who originally searched the house on suspicion of illegal drugs. He found seven other girls like Trent in the basement, hands and legs tied with leather strips, dog collars with name tags around their necks. Also found the owners dogs tied to a pole in backyard with rope, starved and seemingly abandoned. Human remains in dogs’ digestive system as well as scattered around the pole suggests that multiple-3 or 4- slaves were taken and fed to the dogs. Bites and scratches on Naomi Trent along with the others suggest the Banes used dogs to torture girls. When brought to medical hospital, Naomi Trent heard dogs barking that were not there, felt hands touching her, eyes constantly on her. Would not originally open eyes voluntarily, had to be pressured to keep them open and then she would get the visions. Trent refuses to acknowledge parents or siblings, she remembers that she had parents and a brother but does not recognize the actual parents and sibling. Says that she has “new sisters” that are “hunted by the dogs”.
Medical History: Needed to be taken to medical hospital for Bulimia, diagnosed and treated before kidnapping.
Has your character been referred by a court ruling?: No, her parents could not help her and so they suggested taking her to this mental hospital.
Has your character been previously diagnosed with any mental or health illnesses?: No.
Has your character been known to harm them self or others (or both)?: No harm to others, but could get hurt from walking into walls or falling down.
Notes:
Does not fear people, but keeps her distance from them, especially men. Prefers to listen to people talking, and spends her time alone. Recommended give her black paint or makeup to avoid dirtying herself when she paints her face. Tests run, no drugs to suggest the extreme symptoms, request that more tests are run. Keep eyes closed, give cane or object to help stand and maneuver. No seeing eye dogs. Watch music volume so she does not harm eardrums while blocking out the noise of the dogs. Trent is shy and speaks rarely but is intelligent and prefers to listen to audio books, and music in spare time.
Privileged Patient?: No
Current Medications: None

Re: Patient Record: Naomi Trent
Dr. Kayoko Saito:
Patient was incredibly nervously and generally unresponsive the entire intake. After accidentally letting her emotions slip out, she immediately froze up and accused the hospital of wanting to know if she was a 'good or bad dog'. After some reassurance she calmed down, but asked to retire to her room.
Patient requested to be put out during the strip search and medical procedure.
